     Lt.-Col. George Fenton Fletcher Boughey was born on 9 September 1813.1 He was the son of Sir John Fenton Boughey, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Dorothy Chetwode.1 He married Matilda Elwin Ottley, daughter of Hon. George Weatherill Ottley, on 16 December 1842.1 He died on 20 July 1855 at age 41.1
     Lt.-Col. George Fenton Fletcher Boughey gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 59th Regiment.1

     From 16 December 1842, her married name became Boughey.1
