     Jane Rainton was born circa 1645 at Shilton, Berkshire, England.1 She was the daughter of William Rainton and Barbara Trinder.1 She married Sir Reginald Bray, son of Sir Edmund Bray and Frances Ashcom, circa 16 January 1661/62.1 She died on 9 July 1716.1
     From circa 16 January 1661/62, her married name became Bray.1

     Sir Reginald Bray was born circa 1643.1 He was the son of Sir Edmund Bray and Frances Ashcom.1 He married Jane Rainton, daughter of William Rainton and Barbara Trinder, circa 16 January 1661/62.1 He died on 23 December 1688, from smallpox.1 He was buried on 25 December 1688 at Barrington Park, Gloucestershire, England.1
     Sir Reginald Bray matriculated at Hart Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1658/59.1 He lived at Great Barrington Hall, Gloucestershire, England.1 He lived at Barrington Park, Gloucestershire, England.1

     Edmund Bray was baptised on 7 September 1678.1 He was the son of Sir Reginald Bray and Jane Rainton.1 He married Frances Morgan, daughter of Sir Edward Morgan, 3rd Bt., on 16 December 1697.1 He died on 6 September 1725 at age 46.1 He was buried at Great Barrington, Gloucestershire, England.1
     Edmund Bray held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tewkesbury between 1701 and 1708.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucestershire between 1720 and 1722.1
