     Ferdinand Acton was born on 16 June 1832.1 He was the son of Charles Acton and Zoe d'Albon.1 He married Ninfa Ramirez, daughter of Marchese Vincenzo Ramirez, on 16 December 1856.1 He died on 18 February 1891 at age 58, unmarried.1
     He held the office of Minister of Marine and War.1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Italian Navy.1 He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to the King of Italy.1

     Ninfa Ramirez was the daughter of Marchese Vincenzo Ramirez.1 She married Ferdinand Acton, son of Charles Acton and Zoe d'Albon, on 16 December 1856.1 She died on 7 August 1885.1

Admiral Alfredo Acton1

     Admiral Alfredo Acton was born on 12 September 1867.1 He was the son of Ferdinand Acton and Ninfa Ramirez.1 He married Livia Teresa dei Giudice Caracciolo, Principessa di Leporano, daughter of Giuseppe Giudice Caracciolo di Cellamare, 11° Duca di Sant’Elia and Principessa Livia Caracciolo, on 23 October 1907.1 He died on 26 March 1934 at age 66.1
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Admiral in the Italian Navy.1 He was appointed Bailiff Grand Cross, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.1 He was Chief of Staff, Italian Navy.1 He held the office of Senator. He was created Barone [Italy] in 1925.1

Livia Teresa dei Giudice Caracciolo, Principessa di Leporano1

     Livia Teresa dei Giudice Caracciolo, Principessa di Leporano was born on 16 October 1878. She was the daughter of Giuseppe Giudice Caracciolo di Cellamare, 11° Duca di Sant’Elia and Principessa Livia Caracciolo.1 She married Admiral Alfredo Acton, son of Ferdinand Acton and Ninfa Ramirez, on 23 October 1907.1 She died on 24 March 1963 at age 84.1
     She was appointed Dame, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.1 From 23 October 1907, her married name became Acton.1 She was awarded the Cross, Order Pro Merito Melitensi. She was appointed Dame Grand Cross, Constantinian Order of St. George in 1959.1
