     Vice-Admiral Amedeo Ferdinand Maria Acton was born on 16 January 1871.1 He was the son of Ferdinand Acton and Ninfa Ramirez.1 He married Anne of Cellamare Giudice Caracciolo, 10th Principessa of Villa Santa Maria, daughter of Prince (?) of Cellamare Giudice Caracciolo, on 3 June 1900.1 He died on 25 November 1938 at age 67, without issue.1
     As a result of his marriage, Vice-Admiral Amedeo Ferdinand Maria Acton was styled as Prince of Villa Santa Maria on 3 June 1900.1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the service of the Italian Navy.1

     Anne of Cellamare Giudice Caracciolo, 10th Principessa of Villa Santa Maria was the daughter of Prince (?) of Cellamare Giudice Caracciolo.1 She married Vice-Admiral Amedeo Ferdinand Maria Acton, son of Ferdinand Acton and Ninfa Ramirez, on 3 June 1900.1 She died on 5 April 1969.1
     She gained the title of Principessa Anne of Villa Santa Maria.1 From 3 June 1900, her married name became Acton.1
