Beatrice Georgina Carden was the daughter of Sir John Craven Carden, 4th Bt.1 She married Colonel George Hastings Brooke, son of George Augustus Frederick Brooke and Lady Arabella Georgina Hastings, on 12 September 1868.1 She died on 20 March 1898.1

Sir John Craven Carden, 4th Bt. was born on 1 December 1819.3 He was the son of Sir Henry Robert Carden, 3rd Bt. and Louisa Thompson.2 He married, firstly, Caroline Elizabeth Mary Milner, daughter of Sir William Mordaunt Sturt Milner, 4th Bt. and Harriet Elizabeth Cavendish-Bentinck, on 23 July 1844.3 He married, secondly, Julia Isabella Robinson, daughter of Admiral Charles Gepp Robinson, on 21 June 1852 at St. John's Episcopal Church, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.4 He died in March 1879 at age 59, from heart failure.4
Sir John Craven Carden, 4th Bt. was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.4 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 8th Hussars.4 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Carden, of Templemore, co. Tipperary [I., 1787] on 23 March 1847.5 He held the office of Sheriff of County Tipperary in 1849.4 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Tipperary.3
He had three daughters by his first wife, all of whom died without issue.3

Lord John Henry Taylour was born on 12 December 1831.1 He is the son of Thomas Taylour, 2nd Marquess of Headfort and Olivia Stevenson.1 He married, firstly, Mary Hammond Macfarlane, daughter of Robert Macfarlane, on 12 July 1855.1 He married, secondly, Eliza Winifred Mary Llewellin, daughter of Reverend John Llewellin, on 4 September 1873.1 He died on 4 February 1890 at age 58.1
