Amice Ivy Delves Broughton was born on 23 October 1902.1 She was the daughter of Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt. and Mary Evelyn Cotton.1 She married Sir Frank Todd Spickernell, son of Frank Spickernell and Annie Lewns, on 5 October 1925.1 She died in 1974.2

Sir Frank Todd Spickernell was born in 1885.2 He was the son of Frank Spickernell and Annie Lewns.1,2 He married Amice Ivy Delves Broughton, daughter of Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt. and Mary Evelyn Cotton, on 5 October 1925.1 He died in 1956.2
Sir Frank Todd Spickernell gained the rank of Captain (S) in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.).1
