     Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt. was born on 1 June 1857 at Tillotson Place, Waterloo Road, Lambeth, Surrey, England.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Delves Broughton, 9th Bt. and Eliza Florence Alexandrina Rosenzweig.1 He married, firstly, Rosamond Broughton, daughter of John Lambart Broughton and Anne Selina Adderley, on 26 April 1881 at Yazor, Herefordshire, England.1 He married, secondly, Mary Evelyn Cotton, daughter of Rowland Hugh Cotton and Mary Louisa Bill, on 21 December 1887.1 He died on 15 April 1914 at age 56.2
     Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt. gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 4th Battalion, Prince of Wales' (North Staffordshire) Regiment.2 He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Broughton, of Broughton, co. Stafford [E., 1661] on 26 February 1899.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.2

     Rosamond Broughton was born circa 1861.1 She was the daughter of John Lambart Broughton and Anne Selina Adderley.1 She married Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt., son of Sir Henry Delves Broughton, 9th Bt. and Eliza Florence Alexandrina Rosenzweig, on 26 April 1881 at Yazor, Herefordshire, England.1 She died on 11 October 1885.1

     Mary Evelyn Cotton was the daughter of Rowland Hugh Cotton and Mary Louisa Bill.1 She married Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt., son of Sir Henry Delves Broughton, 9th Bt. and Eliza Florence Alexandrina Rosenzweig, on 21 December 1887.1 She died on 13 May 1915.2
     From 21 December 1887, her married name became Broughton.1
