     Dr. Enoch Agnew was born in 1808.2 He was the son of Samuel Agnew and Malinda Dodson.1 He married Letitia Simpson Todd, daughter of Andrew Todd.1 He died on 2 March 1871 at Bethany, Mississippi, U.S.A..2 He was buried at Bethny Cemetery, Brice's Crossroads, Baldwin, Mississippi, U.S.A..2
     Dr. Enoch Agnew graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).2 In 1852 he moved from Abbeville, South Carolina to North Mississippi, where he and his brothers acquired land and built a plantation.2
