     John Dormer, 7th Baron Dormer was born on 2 June 1691. He was the son of Charles Dormer, 5th Baron Dormer and Catherine Fettiplace. He married Mary Bishopp, daughter of Sir Cecil Bishopp, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Dunch, in 1719. He died on 7 October 1785 at age 94.
