     Sir Robert Burnett of Leys, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir Alexander Burnett of Leys, 4th Bt. and Helen Burnett.1 He died in 1759, unmarried.1
     Sir Robert Burnett of Leys, 5th Bt. succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Burnett, of Leys, co. Kincardine [N.S., 1626] in 1758.1
