Michael Cavendish Howard was born on 17 July 1926.1 He is the son of Bertram Marcus Howard and Phyllis Maude Lamb.2 He married, firstly, Muriel (?) on 4 April 1956.1 He married, secondly, Patricia Ellen Millicent Gwatkin Sandiford, daughter of William James Sandiford, in 1980.1
Michael Cavendish Howard was educated at King's College, Taunton, Somerset, England.1 He was with the Royal Electricial and Mechanical Engineers in British West Africa in 1945.1 He was registered as a Associate, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (A.R.I.C.S.) in 1955.1 He lived in 2003 at 24 South View, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, England.1
