     James Butler was born on 4 March 1826.1 He was the son of James Butler and Eliza Hill.2 He married Henrietta Clara Butler, daughter of Captain Charles George Butler and Emily Bayford, on 10 April 1860.1 He died on 28 February 1907 at age 80.1
     James Butler lived at Ballybar, County Carlow, Ireland.1
