Amschel Mayor James Rothschild was born on 18 April 1955.1 He was the son of Nathaniel Mayer Victor Rothschild, 3rd Baron Rothschild and Teresa Georgina Mayor.2 He married Anita Patience Guinness, daughter of James Edward Alexander Rundell Guinness and Pauline Vivien Mander, on 8 January 1981.1 He died on 8 July 1996 at age 41, by his own hand.1
     Hon. Amschel Mayor James Rothschild was educated at Leys School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was circulation manager of the Literary Review circa 1975.1 He was educated at City University, London, England.1 He was a director of Sun Alliance.1 He was chief executive of Rothschild Asset Management between 1990 and 1993.1

     Susannah Edith Harland was the daughter of Admiral Sir Robert Harland, 1st Bt. and Susanna Reynold.2,3 She married Sir William Rowley, 2nd Bt., son of Rear-Admiral Sir Joshua Rowley, 1st Bt. and Sarah Burton, in March 1785 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone, London, England.2 She died on 21 January 1850 at Holbecke Hall, Suffolk, England.2

     From 8 January 1981, her married name became Rothschild. From 25 January 2002, her married name became Wigan.1
