     Lt.-Col. Lord Charles Robert Pratt was born on 31 July 1847.1 He was the son of Sir George Charles Pratt, 2nd Marquess Camden and Harriet Murray.2 He married Florence Maria Stevenson, daughter of Major George Robert Stevenson, on 5 October 1881.1 He died in August 1905 at age 58.1
     Lt.-Col. Lord Charles Robert Pratt gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Oxfordshire Light Infantry.1
