Lady Isabella Charlotte Pelham was born in 1836. She was the daughter of Sir Henry Thomas Pelham, 3rd Earl of Chichester and Lady Mary Brudenell.2 She married Samuel Whitbread, son of Samuel Charles Whitbread and Hon. Julia Brand, on 9 July 1855.1 She died on 11 December 1916.1
