     George Brodie of Windy Hills was born in 1694.1 He was the son of Joseph Brodie of Mentoun and Elizabeth Dunbar.1 He died in 1748 at Spain, unmarried.1
     George Brodie of Windy Hills gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Lord Cadogan's Dragoons.1
