     Robert Dalzell was born in 1755.2 He was the son of Alexander Dalzell and Elizabeth Jackson.1 He married Anne Armstrong, daughter of David Armstrong, on 18 March 1783.2 He died on 13 February 1808 at Glenae House, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.2
     Robert Dalzell was admitted to Advocate in 1776.2 In 1787 he would have been the 7th Earl of Carnwath, but for his grandfather's attainder.2

     Robert Johnstone-Douglas was born on 6 April 1814. He was the son of Henry Alexander Douglas and Elizabeth Dalzell. He married Lady Jane Margaret Mary Douglas, daughter of Charles Douglas, 6th Marquess of Queensberry and Lady Caroline Scott, on 27 January 1841. He died on 12 November 1866 at age 52.

     William Robert Keith Douglas was born in 1783. He was the son of Sir William Douglas, 4th Bt. and Grace Johnstone. He married Elizabeth Irvine, daughter of Walter Irvine, on 24 November 1824. He died on 5 December 1859.
     William Robert Keith Douglas lived at Grangemuir, Fife, Scotland.

     Elizabeth Irvine was the daughter of Walter Irvine. She married William Robert Keith Douglas, son of Sir William Douglas, 4th Bt. and Grace Johnstone, on 24 November 1824. She died on 25 April 1864.
     Her married name became Douglas.

     Mary Douglas was the daughter of Sir William Douglas, 4th Bt. and Grace Johnstone. She married Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Sidney Beckwith on 20 March 1817. She died on 15 January 1841.
     Her married name became Beckwith.
