     Lady Beryl Franziska Kathleen Bianca Le Poer Trench was born on 8 October 1893.¹ She was the daughter of William Frederick Le Poer Trench, 5th Earl of Clancarty and Maude Penrice Bilton.¹ She married, firstly, Captain Hon. Richard Philip Stanhope, son of Arthur Philip Stanhope, 6th Earl Stanhope and Evelyn Henrietta Pennefather, on 18 May 1914.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Cdr. Walter Raleigh Gilbert, son of Reverend Walter Raleigh Gilbert, on 5 July 1917.¹ She and Lt.-Cdr. Walter Raleigh Gilbert were divorced in 1927.¹ She married, thirdly, Francis Edward Selby Groves, son of Herbert John Groves, on 2 December 1931.¹ She died on 17 May 1957 at age 63.¹
      From 18 May 1914, her married name became Stanhope.¹ From 5 July 1917, her married name became Gilbert.¹ From 2 December 1931, her married name became Groves.¹

     Captain Hon. Richard Philip Stanhope was the son of Arthur Philip Stanhope, 6th Earl Stanhope and Evelyn Henrietta Pennefather.² He married Lady Beryl Franziska Kathleen Bianca Le Poer Trench, daughter of William Frederick Le Poer Trench, 5th Earl of Clancarty and Maude Penrice Bilton, on 18 May 1914.¹ He died on 15 September 1916, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Grenadier Guards.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Lt.-Cdr. Walter Raleigh Gilbert was the son of Reverend Walter Raleigh Gilbert.¹ He married Lady Beryl Franziska Kathleen Bianca Le Poer Trench, daughter of William Frederick Le Poer Trench, 5th Earl of Clancarty and Maude Penrice Bilton, on 5 July 1917.¹ He and Lady Beryl Franziska Kathleen Bianca Le Poer Trench were divorced in 1927.¹ He died on 26 January 1977.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.¹
