Anna Maria Walters was born on 2 March 1866.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Walters and Sarah Frances Knowles.1 She married Percy Sholto Douglas, 10th Marquess of Queensberry, son of John Sholto Douglas, 9th Marquess of Queensberry and Sibyl Montgomery, on 11 September 1893. She died on 25 April 1917 at age 51.

Reverend Thomas Walters was born on 17 February 1820.1 He was baptised on 26 February 1820 at Bishops Waltham, Hampshire, England.1 He married Sarah Frances Knowles at St. Margaret's, Leicester, Leicestershire, England.1 He died on 21 September 1906 at age 86.1
Reverend Thomas Walters graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1843 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the curate between 1844 and 1847 at Shaldon, Hampshire, England.1 He was the curate between 1848 and 1850 at Great Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was the curate between 1850 and 1859 at Radclive, Clackmore, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was the Vicar in 1870 at Boyton, Launceston, Cornwall, England.1

He married, secondly, Cathleen Sabine Mann, daughter of Harrington Mann, on 18 March 1926. He and Cathleen Sabine Mann were divorced in 1946. He married, thirdly, Muriel Beatrice Margaret Thornett, daughter of Arthur John Rowe Thornett, on 23 April 1947. He died on 27 April 1954 at age 58.
