     Reverend Stephen Edward Gladstone was born on 4 April 1844.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. William Ewart Gladstone and Catherine Glynne.2,3 He married Annie Crosthwaite Wilson, daughter of Charles Bowman Wilson and Sarah Ann Lewis, on 29 January 1885.1 He died on 23 April 1920 at age 76.1

Sir Richard Horner Paget, 1st Bt. and Caroline Isabel Surtees, on 2 November 1901 at Marylebone, London, England.3 He died on 6 March 1930 at age 76 at Ware, Hertfordshire, England, without issue.3

      From 2 November 1901, her married name became Gladstone.4 As a result of her marriage, Dorothy Mary Paget was styled as Viscountess Gladstone on 15 February 1910. She was invested as a Dame of Grace, Order of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.).1
