     Major John de Havilland Chisholm-Batten was born on 14 October 1889.1 He was the son of James Forbes Chisholm Chisholm-Batten and Anne Douglas Utermarck.2,3 He died on 6 August 1917 at age 27, killed in action.3

     Admiral Alexander William Chisholm-Batten was born on 28 September 1851.3 He was the son of Edmund Chisholm-Batten and Jemima Chisholm.2 He married Britannia Ellen Wood.1 He died on 2 November 1925 at age 74,.1
     Admiral Alexander William Chisholm-Batten was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He was Aide-de-Camp to HM King Edward VII between 1904 and 1905.1 He was invested as a Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.).1
