     Pauline Edith Stapleton-Cotton was born on 4 September 1877.1 She is the daughter of Colonel Hon. Richard Southwell George Stapleton-Cotton and Hon. Jane Charlotte Methuen.2 She died on 20 February 1964 at age 86, unmarried.1
     Pauline Edith Stapleton-Cotton gained the rank of Deputy Administrator in the service of the Women's Royal Air Force.1

     William Galloway was born on 30 April 1799 at Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.1 He was the son of John Galloway and Margaret Cochran.1 He married, firstly, Agnes Muir on 13 August 1824 at High Church, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Lindsay, daughter of Thomas Lindsay and Agnes Winning, on 9 December 1837 at Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.1 He died on 12 March 1854 at age 54.1 He was buried at High Church, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.1

     From 1 July 1854, her married name became Galloway.1

     Charlotte Ann Fletcher was born at Peel Hall, Lancashire, England.3 She is the daughter of Jacob Fletcher.2 She married Sir Robert Wellington Stapleton-Cotton, 3rd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore, son of Colonel Sir Wellington Henry Stapleton-Cotton, 2nd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore and Susan Alice Sitwell, on 2 June 1866.3 She and Sir Robert Wellington Stapleton-Cotton, 3rd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore were divorced in 1879.1
     From 2 June 1866, her married name became Stapleton-Cotton.3
