     Sir Henry Mainwaring, 2nd Bt. was born on 3 November 1804 at Peover Hall, Over Peover, Cheshire, England.2 He was the son of Henry Mainwaring Mainwaring and Sophia Salusbury.2 He married Emma Tatton, daughter of Thomas William Tatton and Emma Grey, on 24 January 1832 at Wythenshaw Hall, Northenden, England.2
     Sir Henry Mainwaring, 2nd Bt. gained the title of 2nd Baronet Mainwaring.
