     Frances Adelaide Villiers was the daughter of Reverend Henry Montagu Villiers and Lady Victoria Russell.2 She married, firstly, Arthur Francis Walrond, son of Theodore Walrond, on 6 June 1893.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Charles William Ernest Duncombe, son of Hon. Cecil Duncombe and Eleanor Jane Mills, on 26 July 1910.2 She died on 3 July 1934.2
      From 6 June 1893, her married name became Walrond. From 26 July 1910, her married name became Duncombe.2

     Arthur Francis Walrond was the son of Theodore Walrond.2 He married Frances Adelaide Villiers, daughter of Reverend Henry Montagu Villiers and Lady Victoria Russell, on 6 June 1893.1 He died on 17 January 1906, without issue.1
     He was Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1
