Edward Charles Grenfell, 1st Baron St. Just was born on 29 May 1870.2 He was the son of Henry Riversdale Grenfell and Alethea Louisa Maria Adeane.1 He married Florence Emily Henderson, daughter of George William Henderson, on 16 August 1913.2 He died on 26 November 1941 at age 71.2
