     Elizabeth Mary Jane Clifford lived at Wellington, New Zealand.1 From 1972, her married name became Goodson. She lived in 2003 at 4 Golf Road, Heretaunga, Upper Hutt, New Zealand.1

     Charles Vernon Anson was born in 1846 at Penzance, Cornwall, England.1 He was the son of Admiral Talavera Vernon Anson and Sarah Anne Potter.1 He married Louisa A. A. (?).1 He died in 1905 at Kingston, Surrey, England.1
     Charles Vernon Anson was commissioned on 7 June 1859 with the rank of Naval Cadet, in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He gained the rank of Midshipman on 16 March 1860, on board H.M.S. Neptune, in Malta Harbour.1 He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant on 4 February 1865.1 He gained the rank of Commander on 22 May 1872.1 He was Commander of the sloop Reindeer before 4 November 1875.1
