     Nicholas Master Assheton was born on 2 June 1905.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Orme Assheton and Winifred Maude Master.² He married Mary Nest Jones, daughter of Reverend Very David John Jones, on 15 May 1947.¹ He died on 20 February 1994 at age 88.¹
     Nicholas Master Assheton adopted David Nicholas Assheton.¹ He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England.¹ He graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1927 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He was with the Colonial Service between 1928 and 1950.¹ He held the office of Member of the Rugby Borough Council between 1962 and 1974.¹ He held the office of Mayor of Rugby in 1965.¹ He held the office of Member of the Warwickshire County Council between 1966 and 1974.¹ He held the office of Alderman of Rugby in 1970.¹

     Mary Nest Jones adopted David Nicholas Assheton.¹ She graduated from Westfield College, London, England, in 1934 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ From 15 May 1947, her married name became Assheton.

     William Francis Assheton was born on 17 March 1957.¹ He is the son of Nicholas Master Assheton and Mary Nest Jones.² He married Harriet Emilie Cobbold, daughter of Peter Fromanteel Cobbold and Liselotte Emilie Meyers, on 2 June 1990.¹

     Peter Fromanteel Cobbold was born on 24 June 1922.³ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Clement John Fromanteel Cobbold and Mabel Ethel Morris.² He married Liselotte Emilie Meyers, daughter of Albert Meyers, on 26 January 1949.³
     Peter Fromanteel Cobbold was educated at Dover College, England.³ He fought in the Second World War.³ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the King's Royal Rifle Corps.³ He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.).³ He lived in 2003 at Elkington Lodge, Welford, Warwickshire, England.³

     Harriet Emilie Cobbold was born on 14 April 1957.³ She is the daughter of Peter Fromanteel Cobbold and Liselotte Emilie Meyers.² She married William Francis Assheton, son of Nicholas Master Assheton and Mary Nest Jones, on 2 June 1990.¹
     From 2 June 1990, her married name became Assheton.

     Richard Assheton was born on 6 February 1994.¹ He is the son of William Francis Assheton and Harriet Emilie Cobbold.²

     Emily Nest Assheton was born on 8 February 1992.^4,2 She is the daughter of William Francis Assheton and Harriet Emilie Cobbold.³

     Cecilia Mary Assheton was born on 13 June 1948.¹ She is the daughter of Nicholas Master Assheton and Mary Nest Jones.² She married Philip Hawkes on 2 June 1973.¹
     Cecilia Mary Assheton graduated from Reading University, Reading, Berkshire, England, in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).¹ From 2 June 1973, her married name became Hawkes.
