     Verena Barbara Price was the daughter of William Edward Price.1 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Thomas Paget Fielding Johnson before 1940.1 She married, secondly, William Rudolph Stephen Feilding, 10th Earl of Denbigh, son of Rudolph Edmund Aloysius Feilding, Viscount Feilding and Agnes Imelda Mary Harding, on 15 May 1940.1 She died on 28 February 1995.1
     Verena Barbara Price also went by the nick-name of Betty.1 From before 1940, her married name became Johnson.1 As a result of her marriage, Verena Barbara Price was styled as Countess of Denbigh and Desmond on 15 May 1940. From 15 May 1940, her married name became Feilding.

     William Feilding, 5th Earl of Denbigh was born on 26 October 1697.1 He was the son of Basil Feilding, 4th Earl of Denbigh and Hester Firebrace.1 He married Isabella de Jong, daughter of Peter S.C. de Jong.1 He died on 2 August 1755 at age 57.1

     Basil Feilding, 6th Earl of Denbigh was born on 3 January 1719.1 He was the son of William Feilding, 5th Earl of Denbigh and Isabella de Jong.1 He married, firstly, Mary Cotton, daughter of Sir John Bruce Cotton, Bt., on 12 April 1757.1 He married, secondly, Sarah Farnham, daughter of Edward Farnham, on 21 July 1783.1 He died on 14 July 1800 at age 81.1

     Sarah Farnham was the daughter of Edward Farnham.1 She married, firstly, Sir Charles Halford, Bt. before 1783.1 She married, secondly, Basil Feilding, 6th Earl of Denbigh, son of William Feilding, 5th Earl of Denbigh and Isabella de Jong, on 21 July 1783.1 She died on 2 October 1814.1
     From before 1783, her married name became Halford.1 As a result of her marriage, Sarah Farnham was styled as Countess of Denbigh and Desmond on 21 July 1783. From 21 July 1783, her married name became Feilding.
