     Deborah Askew was born circa 1764.1 She was the daughter of Anthony Askew and Elizabeth Holford.1 She married Sir Lucas Pepys, 1st Bt., son of William Pepys and Hannah Russell, on 29 June 1813 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.1 She died on 21 June 1848 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 Her will was probated in August 1848.1
     From 29 June 1813, her married name became Pepys.1
