     William Forrester, 4th Lord Forrester of Corstorphine was the son of William Baillie and Lilias Forrester.1 He married Margaret Birnie, daughter of Sir Andrew Birnie, before 1684.1 He died in 1705.1
     William Forrester, 4th Lord Forrester of Corstorphine gained the title of 4th Lord Forrester of Corstorphine. He was baptised with the name of William Baillie.1

     William Baillie gained the title of 3rd Lord Forrester of Corstorphine, de jure.
