George Forrester, 1st Lord Forrester of Corstorphine was the son of Henry Forrester and Helen Preston.2 He married Christian Livingston, daughter of Sir William Livingston of Kilsyth, before 15 November 1607.1 He died between 1 January 1652 and 10 August 1652.1

Christian Livingston is the daughter of Sir William Livingston of Kilsyth.1 She married George Forrester, 1st Lord Forrester of Corstorphine, son of Henry Forrester and Helen Preston, before 15 November 1607.1 She married James Makgill, 1st Viscount of Oxfuird, son of David Makgill and Mary Sinclair, on 8 July 1646.2 She died in March 1664.2
