     Major Richard Harold St. Maur was born illegitimately on 6 June 1869 at England.2 He was the son of Edward Adolphus Ferdinand St. Maur, Earl St. Maur and Rosina Elizabeth Swan.1 He married Elizabeth Mary Palmer.3 He died in 1927.4
     Major Richard Harold St. Maur usually went by his middle name of Harold.5 He lived between 1919 and 1925 at Horton Hall, Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire, England.3 He was a farmer circa 1925 at Nakaru, Kenya.3
     In February 1925 he petitioned the House of Lords, saying that he believed that his mother and father were lawfully married.6
