     Her married name became Heathcote.

He married, secondly, Elizabeth Margaret Bower, daughter of Reverend John William Bower, on 10 August 1869. He died on 13 April 1871 at age 69.
     Sir John Lister Lister-Kaye, 2nd Bt. gained the title of 2nd Baronet Lister-Kaye.
