     William Lowther Lysley was born on 19 July 1875.2 He was the son of William Gerard Lysley and Frances Elizabeth Lowther.2 He married Gwendoline Yolande Matilda Lockwood, daughter of William Robert Percival Lockwood and Chinty Mary Catherine Cotton, on 3 June 1902.1
     William Lowther Lysley was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He lived in 1905 at Pewsham, Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry.2

     Isabella Milbanke-Huskisson was the daughter of Sir John Milbanke-Huskisson, 8th Bt..1 She married Sir Amelius Richard Mark Lockwood, 1st and last Baron Lambourne, son of Lt.-Gen. William Mark Wood and Amelia Jane Williams, on 20 July 1876.1 She died on 22 September 1923.1
     From 20 July 1876, her married name became Lockwood.1 As a result of her marriage, Isabella Milbanke-Huskisson was styled as Baroness Lambourne on 19 June 1917.
