     Bernard Pauncefote was born on 14 January 1826.1 He was the son of Robert Pauncefote and Emma Smith.1 He married Eliza Louisa Philips, daughter of Henry Philips, on 5 July 1847.1 He died on 1 February 1894 at age 68.1
