     Sidney James Webb, 1st and last Baron Passfield was born on 13 July 1859 at London, England.1 He was the son of Charles Webb and Elizabeth Mary Stacey.1 He married Martha Beatrice Potter, daughter of Richard Potter and Lawrencina Heyworth, on 23 July 1892.1 He died on 13 October 1947 at age 88.1 He was buried at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England.1

Southampton [U.K.] on 22 June 1929.1 He wrote the book English Local Government, 9 volumes.1 He held the office of Secretary of State for the Colonies between 1930 and 1931.1 He wrote the book Soviet Communism: A New Civilization?, published after 1932, jointly.1 He was the originator of the London School of Economics.1 He was decorated with the Order of Merit (O.M.) in 1944.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of D.Sec. (Economics) by London University, London, England.1

     Major George Frederick Hutton was the son of Colonel George Holden Hutton and Eva Henrietta Brooke.1 He married Rose Mariehau Rhodes, daughter of Arthur Edgar Gravenor Rhodes.1 He died in 1954.1
     Major George Frederick Hutton gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers.1 He emigrated to Christchurch, New Zealand, arriving on circa 1890.1
