Emma Jane Parnell.1 He married, firstly, Emma Armytage, daughter of Colonel Henry Armytage and Charlotte Starkie, on 14 October 1858.1 He married, secondly, Anne Elizabeth Dobrée Butler, daughter of Lt.-Col. Edward Dobrée Butler, on 3 April 1883.1 He died on 4 March 1905 at age 70.1
