     Hon. Rowland John Fromanteel Cobbold was born on 20 June 1944.¹ He is the son of Cameron Fromanteel Cobbold, 1st Baron Cobbold and Lady Margaret Hermione Millicent Bulwer-Lytton.² He married Sophia Augusta White-Spunner, daughter of Benjamin N. White-Spunner, on 3 June 1969.¹
