     Joan Rogers was the daughter of Harry Adams Rogers.2 She married Lt.-Col. Sir William Robert Codrington, 6th Bt., son of Sir William Mary Joseph Codrington, 5th Bt. and Mary Roskell, on 25 April 1903.1 She died on 18 August 1963.1
     From 25 April 1903, her married name became Codrington.

     Sir William Richard Codrington, 7th Bt. was born on 22 April 1904.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir William Robert Codrington, 6th Bt. and Joan Rogers.2 He married Joan Kathleen Birelli Nicholas, daughter of Percy E. Nicholas, on 3 May 1933.1 He and Joan Kathleen Birelli Nicholas were divorced in 1952.1 He died on 23 March 1961 at age 56.1
     Sir William Richard Codrington, 7th Bt. was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.1 He was educated at Victoria College, Jersey, Channel Islands.1 He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Codrington, of Dodington, co. Gloucester [G.B, 1721] on 7 November 1932.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the service of the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1
