     Sir Archibald Bruce Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 7th Bt. was born on 3 August 1934.1 He is the son of Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt. and Gwendolyn Mary Marshall.3 He married Jane Colville, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Edward Charles Colville and Barbara Joan Denny, on 17 January 1957.4 He and Jane Colville were divorced in 1968.4 He married Juliet Elizabeth Deakin, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Cecil Martin Fothergill Deakin, on 24 June 1969.1
     Sir Archibald Bruce Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 7th Bt. was 2nd Lieutenant Royal Scots –56 Greys 1954.1 He was educated St Peter's Court and Stowe.1 He gained the title of 7th Baronet Edmonstone.4 In 1954 succeeded f.1 He lived in 2003 at Duntreath Castle, Blanefield, Stirlingshire G63 9AJ, ZZZ.1

     Henry Girdlestone was born on 30 October 1814 at Hethersett, Norfolk, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Girdlestone and Elizabeth Anne Bolton.1 He married, firstly, Caroline Warren Pigot in 1846.2 He married, secondly, Eliza Mason on 12 July 1872 at Warwick, Queensland, Australia.1 He died on 22 January 1895 at age 80.1,2 He was buried on 23 January 1895 at Bald Hills Cemetery, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.1
     Henry Girdlestone was a surgeon.1 He emigrated to Moreton Bay, Australia, arriving on 9 February 1872 on the Storm King.1
