     Hon. Carol Lylie Palmer was born on 28 November 1951.1 She is the daughter of Raymond Cecil Palmer, 3rd Baron Palmer and Victoria Ellen Stevens.1 She married John Armine Wodehouse, 5th Earl of Kimberley, son of John Wodehouse, 4th Earl of Kimberley and Carmel June Maguire, on 21 July 1973.2
