     Harriet Griffinhoof was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Sparke Griffinhoof.2 She married Francis Dennis Massy-Dawson, son of James Hewitt Massy-Dawson and Eliza Jane Dennis, on 20 March 1861.1 She died on 26 March 1867.1
     From 20 March 1861, her married name became Massy-Dawson.

     George Staunton King Massy-Dawson was born on 30 November 1816.1 He was the son of James Hewitt Massy-Dawson and Eliza Jane Dennis.2 He married, firstly, Grace Elizabeth Leeson, daughter of Sir William Edward Leeson and Louisa Araminta Sewell, on 5 September 1854.1 He married, secondly, Harriett Sophia Steele, daughter of Walter Steele, on 20 May 1869.1 He married, thirdly, Eliza Rynd, daughter of Reverend James Rynd, on 10 January 1893.1 He died on 14 November 1897 at age 80.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 14th Light Dragoons.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tipperary in 1854.1 He lived at Ballynacourte, County Tipperary, IrelandG.1

     James Massy-Dawson was born on 26 January 1857.1 He was the son of George Staunton King Massy-Dawson and Grace Elizabeth Leeson.2 He married Alice Matilda Jones on 4 March 1886 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1,3 He died on 1 December 1891 at age 34, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Dragoon Guards.1 He lived in 1891 at Coombe Bank, Slad Road, Painswick, Stroud, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.3
