     He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     William Walsh lived at Iron Acton, Gloucestershire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Walsh was the daughter of William Walsh.² She married Robert Poyntz, son of Sir Nicholas Poyntz and Lady Margaret Stanley, on 17 December 1627.¹ She died circa January 1631/32.¹ She was buried on 12 January 1631/32.¹
      From 17 December 1627, her married name became Poyntz.¹
