     From 25 January 1899, her married name became Paston-Cooper.

     Mary Ethel Paston Cooper was the daughter of Sir Astley Paston Paston-Cooper, 3rd Bt. and Etheldreda Julia Newton.2 She married Lt.-Col. Lionel Paston-Cooper, son of Sir Frederick Hervey-Bathurst, 3rd Bt. and Clare Emily Brooke, on 29 January 1885 at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England.1,3 She died on 16 August 1931.1
     From 29 January 1885, her married name became Hervey-Bathurst. After her marriage, Mary Ethel Paston Cooper was styled as Paston-Cooper on 7 October 1905.1

Lionel Paston-Cooper was born on 7 July 1849.2 He was the son of Sir Frederick Hervey-Bathurst, 3rd Bt. and Clare Emily Brooke.2 He was baptised on 5 August 1849 at Alderbury, Wiltshire, England.3 He married Mary Ethel Paston Cooper, daughter of Sir Astley Paston Paston-Cooper, 3rd Bt. and Etheldreda Julia Newton, on 29 January 1885 at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England.1,3 He died on 4 May 1908 at age 58.2
     He was given the name of Lionel Hervey-Bathurst at birth.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Rifle Brigade.1 On 7 October 1905 his name was legally changed to Lionel Paston-Cooper by Royal Licence.1

     Reverend William Rickford Astley Cooper was born on 21 February 1826.1 He was the son of Sir Astley Paston Cooper, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Harriet Rickford.2 He married Elizabeth Nepean, daughter of Rear-Admiral Evan Nepean, on 3 October 1861.1 He married, secondly, Lucy Elizabeth Burgess, daughter of Reverend J. R. Burgess, on 4 November 1869.1 He died on 26 June 1876 at age 50.1
     He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Vicar between 1864 and 1876 at Froyle, Hampshire, EnglandG.1
