     Owsley Vincent Fudell Rowley was the son of George Fydell Rowley.2 He married Lady Marjorie Gwendoline Elsie Cochrane, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Douglas Mackinnon Baillie Hamilton Cochrane, 12th Earl of Dundonald and Winifred Bamford-Hesketh, on 1 June 1917.1 He and Lady Marjorie Gwendoline Elsie Cochrane were divorced in 1932.1 He died on 10 January 1941.1
     Owsley Vincent Fudell Rowley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1
