     Enid Marion Davis was the daughter of Miles Leonard Davis.2 She married Hon. Douglas Robert Hesketh Roger Cochrane, son of Lt.-Gen. Douglas Mackinnon Baillie Hamilton Cochrane, 12th Earl of Dundonald and Winifred Bamford-Hesketh, on 16 January 1918.1 She died on 29 December 1960.1
     Her married name became Cochrane.

     Ian Douglas Leonard Cochrane, 14th Earl of Dundonald was born on 6 December 1918.2 He was the son of Hon. Douglas Robert Hesketh Roger Cochrane and Enid Marion Davis.3 He married, firstly, Aphra Farquhar Fetherstonhaugh, daughter of Commander George Fetherstonhaugh and Patyens Iveah Farquhar Deuchar, on 30 January 1960.2 He married, secondly, Ann Margaret Harkness, daughter of Sir Joseph Welsh Park Harkness, on 15 July 1978.2 He died on 4 October 1986 at age 67.2
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Major in the Black Watch.2 He fought in the Second World War, in North Africa, Sicily, Italy and Greece.2 He was chairman of Secure Holdings Ltd.2 He succeeded as the 14th Lord Cochrane of Paseley and Ochiltrie [S., 1669] on 23 May 1958.2 He succeeded as the 14th Lord Cochrane of Dundonald [S., 1647] on 23 May 1958.2 He succeeded as the 14th Earl of Dundonald [S., 1669] on 23 May 1958.2 He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1960 and 1986.2 He was chairman of the de Jersey Group of Companies.2

     Aphra Farquhar Fetherstonhaugh was the daughter of Commander George Fetherstonhaugh and Patyens Iveah Farquhar Deuchar.2,3 She married Ian Douglas Leonard Cochrane, 14th Earl of Dundonald, son of Hon. Douglas Robert Hesketh Roger Cochrane and Enid Marion Davis, on 30 January 1960.1 She died on 15 January 1972.1
     After her marriage, Aphra Farquhar Fetherstonhaugh was styled as Countess of Dundonald on 30 January 1960. From 30 January 1960, her married name became Cochrane.

     Commander George Fetherstonhaugh was born on 8 June 1901 at Thurles, County Tipperary, Ireland.2 He was the son of Henry Hewson Fetherstonhaugh and Edith Margaret Lidwill.2 He married Patyens Iveah Farquhar Deuchar in December 1935 at Maidenhead, Berkshire, England.2 He died on 4 November 1967 at age 66 at The Beacon, Benenden, Kent, EnglandG.2
     He lived at The Beacon, Benenden, Kent, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve.1
