     Catherine Letitia Stawell was the daughter of George Stawell.2 She married Reverend William Henry Cotter, son of Reverend James Laurence Cotter and Harriet Louisa Carleton, in 1878.1 She died in 1894.1
     From 1878, her married name became Cotter.

     Lieutenant James Laurence Stawell Cotter was born on 23 July 1879.1 He was the son of Reverend William Henry Cotter and Catherine Letitia Stawell.2 He died on 17 September 1903 at age 24, unmarried.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the East Lancashire Regiment.1

     George Edmund Sackville Cotter was born on 24 February 1882.1 He was the son of Reverend William Henry Cotter and Catherine Letitia Stawell.2 He married Beatrice Mary White, daughter of Commander Hans Thomas Fell White and Mary Beatrice Nichols, on 24 November 1914.1 He died on 19 April 1917 at age 35.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Garrison Artillery.1

     Beatrice Mary White was born on 16 December 1887.2 She was the daughter of Commander Hans Thomas Fell White and Mary Beatrice Nichols.1,2 She married, firstly, George Edmund Sackville Cotter, son of Reverend William Henry Cotter and Catherine Letitia Stawell, on 24 November 1914.1 She married, secondly, Brigadier John Kelly Gordon on 27 July 1921.1 She died in May 1966 at age 78 at New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A.G.3
     From 24 November 1914, her married name became Cotter. From 27 July 1921, her married name became Gordon.1

Sir William George Shedden Dobbie and Sybil Orde-Browne, on 2 December 1936.1 She married, secondly, Major Derek Wrey Savile, son of Lt.-Col. Lawrence Wrey Savile and Jeanie Letitia Kathleen Litton, on 22 July 1950.1 She died on 24 May 1999 at age 83.1
     From 2 December 1936, her married name became Dobbie. From 22 July 1950, her married name became Savile.1

Sir William George Shedden Dobbie was born on 12 July 1879 at Madras, India.2 He was the son of William Herbert Dobbie and Margaret Dobbie.2 He married Sybil Orde-Browne, daughter of Captain Charles Orde-Browne and Annie Maria Michell, in 1904.2 He died on 3 October 1964 at age 85 at Kensington, London, England.2
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.)1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1

     Major Arthur William Granville Dobbie was born on 27 September 1905.2 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir William George Shedden Dobbie and Sybil Orde-Browne.3,4 He married Benita May Cotter, daughter of George Edmund Sackville Cotter and Beatrice Mary White, on 2 December 1936.1 He died on 19 June 1944 at age 38 at Panieale, ItalyG, from wounds received in action.1
     He was educated in 1923 at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.2 He graduated from Christ's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1926.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1943 in the Royal Engineers.1
