     Bettine Cotter was born in 1920.1 She is the daughter of Thomas Lombard Cotter and Victoria Jean Robertson.2 She married, firstly, J. Harrison Owen in 1943.1 She married, secondly, W/Cdr. Richard Cresswell in 1946.1 She and W/Cdr. Richard Cresswell were divorced in 1956.1 She married, secondly, G/Capt. Alan Graham Douglas, son of Fred Douglas, in 1956.1
     From 1943, her married name became Owen. From 1946, her married name became Cresswell.1 From 1956, her married name became Douglas.1 She lived in 2003 at 37 Eagle Court, Wanstead, London, England.1
