     Helena Tryndall Lombard was the daughter of Major James Lombard and Ann Becher.2,1 She married Sir James Laurence Cotter, 3rd Bt., son of Sir James Laurence Cotter, 2nd Bt. and Isabella Hingston, on 1 January 1820.1 She died on 1 June 1870.1
     From 1 January 1820, her married name became Cotter.

     Sir James Laurence Cotter, 4th Bt. was born on 4 April 1828.1 He was the son of Sir James Laurence Cotter, 3rd Bt. and Helena Tryndall Lombard.2 He married, firstly, Julia Emily Loinsworth, daughter of Frederick Albert Loinsworth, on 14 June 1851.1 He married, secondly, Jane Veargitt Maughan, daughter of W. K. Maughan, on 30 April 1864.1 He died on 10 October 1902 at age 74.1
     Sir James Laurence Cotter, 4th Bt. succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Cotter, of Rockforest, co. Cork [I., 1763] on 31 December 1834.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 27th Regiment.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Company Cork in 1882.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cork.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Tower Hamlets.1

     Julia Emily Loinsworth was the daughter of Frederick Albert Loinsworth.2 She married Sir James Laurence Cotter, 4th Bt., son of Sir James Laurence Cotter, 3rd Bt. and Helena Tryndall Lombard, on 14 June 1851.1 She died on 5 February 1863.1
     From 14 June 1851, her married name became Cotter.

     Sir Ludlow Cotter was born on 11 June 1853.1 He was the son of Sir James Laurence Cotter, 4th Bt. and Julia Emily Loinsworth.2 He died on 23 November 1882 at age 29, unmarried.1
     Sir Ludlow Cotter gained the rank of officer in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Royal Munster Fusiliers.1

     James Lombard Cotter was born on 1 September 1859.1 He was the son of Sir James Laurence Cotter, 4th Bt. and Julia Emily Loinsworth.2 He married Claire Mary Segrave, daughter of Captain Thomas Segrave, on 8 May 1884.1 He died on 12 April 1893 at age 33.1
     James Lombard Cotter gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 1st Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment.1

     Sir James Laurence Cotter, 5th Bt. was born on 11 July 1887.1 He was the son of James Lombard Cotter and Claire Mary Segrave.2 He married, firstly, Ethel Lucy Wheeler, daughter of Alfred Wheeler, on 6 August 1908.1 He and Ethel Lucy Wheeler were divorced in 1924.1 He married, secondly, Griselda Winifred Wenyon, daughter of Edwin James Wenyon, on 11 August 1924.1 He died on 22 August 1924 at age 37.1
     Sir James Laurence Cotter, 5th Bt. succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Cotter, of Rockforest, co. Cork [I., 1763] on 10 October 1902.1 He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Field Artillery.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the South of Ireland Imperial Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1
