     Charles William Barton was born on 13 July 1836.1 He was the son of Thomas Johnston Barton and Frances Morris.1 He married Agnes Alexandra Frances Childers, daughter of Rev. Canon Charles Childers, on 26 October 1876.1 He died on 3 October 1890 at age 54.1

     Frances Isabella Barton was the daughter of Thomas Johnston Barton and Frances Morris.1 She married, firstly, Captain James C. Hart on 19 May 1859.1 She married, secondly, Fletcher Norton Menzies, son of Sir Neil Menzies, 6th Bt., on 23 July 1888.1 She died in 1908.1
     From 19 May 1859, her married name became Hart.1 From 23 July 1888, her married name became Menzies.1
